Dolci di Maria’s™cakes and cupcakes preserve these traditions while using alternative ingredients that are safe for those with wheat, gluten, or dairy allergies or sensitivities, and those with celiac disease. Only plant-based and earth-friendly ingredients are used in our vegan cakes.
All natural, organic ingredients are used, such as fresh lemons, bananas, and coconut; rich, pure chocolates; spices such as ginger, cinnamon, cloves — a bounty of nature’s riches.
We have tasted and tested these recipes, until just the right balance of flavors, richness of moisture, and complexity of textures are achieved. Dolci di Maria™desserts will indulge your senses!

Maria Tantillo grew up enjoying Sicilian desserts and has traveled frequently about Italy to sample some of the most beautiful cakes (bellissimi dolci!) they have to offer. Faced with having to eliminate gluten and dairy from her family’s diet, she refused to miss the sweets and instead created these delicious recipes.
